our visit 1-hour in home visit.
This evaluation takes a look at function, limitation, and potential. We will focus on quality of life while looking through a clinical lens.
Based on my holistic evaluation, recommendations will be sent out within a week.
These recommendations can range from adaptations
and reorganization to smart design upgrades
to maximum independence. The assessment including goals,
areas of concern, and three categories of recommendations:
Quick fixes, Installations, and Renovations.

After this 1 Hour phone consultation,

Whether they are coming home from a surgery or rehab stay,
this call will focus on the nuts and bolts that will create a safe and supportive environment.
I am a Board Certified Occupational Therapist
experienced in home-health and environmental modification.
This consultation I will evaluate equipment needs based condition to assist in safety while boosting independence while returning to prior level of function.
I also focus on reducing caregiver strain.
